Talib got his first agency job when he followed his then girlfriend to Boston. The relationship didn't work out, but his passion for marketing technology has remained.
He has over ten years of digital technology and marketing expertise. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Digital Engineering for the advertising agency Foote, Cone and Belding (FCB) Worldwide. As leader of the technology department, he was responsible for developing e-business, marketing and technology strategies that across a variety of platforms (e.g. Internet, mobile and wireless devices, etc.) Prior to FCB, he was employed by Digitas, a leading interactive marketing agency. His client list reads like a Fortune 500 census, including AT&T, Dell, Eli Lilly, Federal Express, General Motors, HP/Compaq, Kraft, MetLife, Morgan Stanley, Pitney Bowes, Qwest, Seagrams America and Smith Barney (Citigroup).
He is a digital media / emerging technologies expert and is passionate about creating solutions that use those technologies to interact with and market to consumers.
Talib has an M.B.A. degree as well as a B.A. in Applied Physics, both from Rutgers University. He's also a songwriter and a member of ASCAP. Put the man behind a keyboard — whether it's attached to a PC or an amplifier — and magic ensues.
